I am a PCI-accredited Health & Wellbeing Coach with a strong academic background in public health, behaviour change, and psychology applied to everyday wellbeing.
I hold a Master’s degree in Public Health, a BA (Hons) in Business & Management, and I am currently completing a BSc in Psychology. My academic work has focused on behaviour change and the social and psychological factors that influence long-term health outcomes.
My public health dissertation explored the influence of parental behaviours on childhood obesity, which deepened my interest in how everyday habits, environments, and routines shape long-term wellbeing.
Alongside my academic background, I have completed the Comprehensive Health Coaching Qualification through the Personalised Care Institute, ensuring my practice aligns with recognised standards for non-clinical health coaching.
I have also volunteered for several years as a Health & Wellbeing Champion in the workplace. This experience has given me insight into the real-world challenges people face — including stress, poor sleep, low energy, sedentary habits, emotional eating, and difficulty maintaining routines.
These experiences continue to shape my coaching approach and strengthen my focus on practical, achievable change.
My coaching is grounded in established behaviour change theories and evidence-based frameworks, including motivational interviewing, self-determination theory, and habit-formation science.
However, coaching is never purely theoretical. My focus is on helping you apply these principles in a way that fits your real life.
I work collaboratively with clients to identify goals, explore barriers, build awareness, and develop sustainable habits that support long-term wellbeing.
I do not diagnose or treat medical or mental health conditions. Instead, I focus on supporting lifestyle change, resilience, and everyday wellbeing.
I believe that wellbeing is most powerful when it is lived, not just taught.
I try to lead by example by integrating the principles I share with clients into my own life. That includes movement, rest, reflection, and maintaining a balanced approach to health rather than chasing perfection.
I see physical activity as something that should evolve with your life, energy, and interests.
Some seasons I spend more time outdoors running and walking in the hills, while at other times I focus on gym-based strength training, mobility work, or classes that keep movement varied and enjoyable. I also enjoy salsa and bachata dancing, which brings together movement, coordination, and enjoyment in a way that feels sustainable rather than forced.
For me, consistency matters more than intensity, and I believe the best form of movement is the one you can genuinely stick with over time.
Outside of work, I value time with my son and my dog, Dora. Parenthood has reinforced my belief that children learn most from what we model in everyday life. This is one of the reasons I am passionate about helping people build healthier habits — not just for themselves, but for the wider ripple effect it can have on families and daily life.
My mission is to support and empower people to make realistic, sustainable changes that improve their physical, mental, and emotional wellbeing. I believe wellbeing is not about perfection — it’s about consistent, meaningful choices that build a healthier life over time.
I recognise that access to health and wellbeing support is not always equal. As part of my commitment to promoting wellbeing, I aim to offer a limited number of voluntary or reduced-cost coaching opportunities for individuals who may face financial barriers to accessing support.

I have a particular interest in supporting healthcare professionals, educators, carers, and others working in helping professions. These roles often involve caring for others while placing personal wellbeing second. My coaching provides a space to reflect, prioritise health and wellbeing, and develop sustainable habits that support long-term wellbeing.
I welcome opportunities to collaborate with NHS organisations, healthcare providers, educational settings, community organisations, charities, and workplace wellbeing programmes.
If you are interested in discussing health and wellbeing coaching, behaviour change support, workshops, health promotion initiatives, or potential partnership opportunities, please feel free to get in touch.
